Well its been awhile since I posted. Probably because I dont have much to say - which is very unlike me. Training has been sporadic lately. I went great guns 2 weeks ago with my running and gym work and then last week I did hee haw!! Started back again on Sunday and have managed 10 miles this week running (Sunday and Tuesday) and one gym session on Wednesday. Helped AJ move some stuff to her flat on Thursday so had a workout howfin stuff up 3 flights of stairs!!! Tomorrow I shall attempt a gym session late afternoon after helping her move stuff again. I was supposed to run the Jimmy Irvine Achilles Heel Bella 10K on Saturday but the geriatric hip is playing up. Eventually got my physio appointment for Monday so hoping once and for all I can get this injury put to bed. Will update the results after the appointment.
