Well I think I can say now that my mojo has finally returned - yay! I've been struggling for the past couple of weeks - nah months, trying to get myself back into a running state of mind. This week has been good. I forced myself to go back to the gym and take up my training plan again. I actually enjoyed it and this may have what kick started my mojo. Tuesday I managed to head out for a nice paced 3 miler and felt great when I reached home. Wednesday it was back to the gym and Program 2 of my workout. Again this was a satisfying one but was worried that I was going to be super stiff the next day. When I woke up on Thursday, my hamstrings and butt muscles didnt feel too bad and I planed to head out for another run. However by late afternoon, the dreaded stiffness set in and I wrestled with the notion of going out or putting it off till Friday. I never gave in to rescheduling to Friday and pulled my trainers and kit on and headed out.
